Advance sale at discounted price for barbecue tickets, inflatables
The official 35th annual Bell Tower Festival T-shirts are now available at the Greene County Chamber and Development office at 220 N.Chestnut in Jefferson.
The tees feature a full-color screen print of the “Emerald County: There’s No Place Like Home” logo designed by Krystal Berger. Printed by Muir Embroidery on a jersey-style T-shirt, with a white body and emerald green sleeves, the shirts are available in sizes for youth for $10; in adult sizes small through extra-large for $12; and in adult sizes 2x and 3x for $15. Festival sponsors will receive a discount on all shirts purchased.
Advance tickets for the Friday evening Festival barbecue are also available at a discounted price. The Pork Producers will be at the grill cooking 8-oz boneless chops and 1/3-pound pork burgers for the main course. The diners’ choice of baked beans, potato salad, chips and cold beverages will round out the meal. The barbecue will be held at the Greene County Community Center for pleasant dining and conversation regardless of the weather. Advance tickets are $8 for the pork chop dinner and $6.50 for the pork burger dinner. Prices are $1 more at the door. New this year is a child’s pork burger meal for $4. Tickets for the child’s meal will be available only at the door. Serving time is 5 to 7 pm
Hop-A-Lot Inflatables will be on the courthouse square for children and teens. This year’s Festival will feature six inflatables for the weekend: a jousting inflatable, an obstacle course, a bungee run, a big slide and a bounce house for the little ones. And with one low price for the whole weekend: $10 for a bracelet of unlimited hopping – in one or all the attractions – the kids can enjoy the fun Friday evening and come back all day Saturday for more fun. Sparkly emerald bracelets are available now at a cost of $10.
